CaptureIT allows you to set up the rules and parameters for your overtime. It has the ability to include different rates for weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays, or to let you create overtime rules based on specific times of the day.
There is no limit to the amount of overtime rules you can create and, once created, they are applied to a specific work period. Once your overtime rules have been defined all overtime calculations are performed automatically.
In addition to overtime, the system can also cope with employees arriving early for work and allows you to decide whether this time is to be paid or not.
