The system can be configured to suit most business environments and can deal with specific parameters around work periods, shift plans, overtime and flexitime to name a few. By using the powerful, optional Job Costing feature, you are able to fully analyse the cost of a job and ensure budgets are not exceeded. There is also a built-in Door Entry Access Control feature for those customers who wish to control door access on their premises.
Employees can clock in using Biometric or Proximity terminals, from their PC using our Remote Clocking Utility, via the internet or by using a combination of all clocking in types. Employees registering on the Time and Attendance system can be automatically added to CaptureIT's Fire Register, which will then produce an automatic, real-time roll call in the event of the fire alarm sounding.
In addition to the inbuilt functionality, CaptureIT Time and Attendance can be integrated with HR.net HR Software for companies that want to keep a detailed personnel database and records. Finally, an easy to use Payroll Link is available, to provide the direct transfer of attended time and selected payment data to Sage, Pegasus and Earnie.
