Case Study – Matalan Retail Plc
Matalan is one of the largest Retail Companies in the UK employing more than 15,000 employees across 167 stores, 3 distribution centres and the Head Office. James Wilde, Senior Payroll Manager, wanted to improve on the manual time and attendance system the company previously had and implement a computerised system to automate calculations on time sheets and working hours, thus reducing the level of human error when processing payroll.
