Electronically Recording Employee’s Time Increases Productivity
Individual employee productivity can increase by up to 25% if they know that their time is being monitored and that they are being paid correctly research shows.
The survey, undertaken by Vizual Management Solutions, shows that business leaders are keen to keep their skilled workforce and pay them correctly for the hours they put in at work. The main conclusion from the research is that an effective time recording system provides many benefits to the success of their organisation. These benefits include a reduction in payroll administration, effective management of absences, delegation of responsibility to line managers, health and safety and all employees are treated equally.
